Though the joggings with Yogi, is not that regular, but at least it's once a week. Slowly, but slowly, I am getting back my stamina.
Hopefully, it will be like those days where I can jog with such ease for long periods and not perspire. When I was in secondary school, i was very athlethic, joining a badminton club, soccer twice a week and the ocassion badminton session on weekends with WY. There was no need for me to go the extra mile for dieting... I used to have a 4 pact abs!!! lolz! Now even more better, its combined into 1~~~!!! hahaha.
Miss those days during badminton sessions where my friends will remark - "Are you perspiring? There is no visible drops of sweat on you leh~~~!!" I miss those days leh~~~!! I do perspire.. just that i dun perspire much during that time... NOW I PERSPIRE LIKE A WATERFALL... once it falls, its hard to stop.
Slowly but definitely getting back my stamina back. I want to run tirelessly too like old times... now when i play soccer on the field i last for a mere 10 minutes!!! and still got 80mins of playing time to go. haiz! hard to diet leh... will try~~~!!! Jiayou~~~!!
