Been some time, since i last blogged so here i go, i hope i can remb the things!
Exams
It was first time doing exams all over again. And to be honest, i was pretty uneasy. The UOL papers were reallie hard and the indication of 34 marks as the passing mark, shows why the need to pull the passing marks reallie to that level. It reallie makes me wonder why i took UOL despite knowing this. George, you owe me one!!!! And i nv studied so hard for a paper before, and still unable to answers the questions. Even before answering the questions and just looking at the questions, I have to concede defeat. I can only be comforted by the complaints of the other candidates taking the paper too. Thus, i might take my studies part time instead of full time and look for a job. Waitin for results.
Bangkok Trip
It was my first time being in Bangkok, Thailand. Hmmm, i liked the place very much. Makes me wanna stay there. Ppl are friendly, place is much more better than singapore. Simply love it!
Managed to meet my Thai friends - Tan, Pui, Som, Amp, Hwa and a new Thai friend - Jao. Simply enjoy my time with them. Was teasing poor Pui. hehehe. okok you are na-rak, Pui!!!! hahaha. And i have a thai teacher!!! YEAH!!!!
Was very disappointed in the Thai trip actually, cos' I reallie wanted to do as a grp... Haiz. I can only recall only the breakfasts and one lunch at MBK and one dinner at Siam Paragon (with the Thai friends - dunnoe can count or not) together as a grp. Yesh both idris and i have limited choices which we understand, but i feel more can be improved on. Maybe i am just being selfish.
Badminton with Wee Yen
Been some time since we last played badminton as I had exams. And to be honest, i been lacking fitness. But luckily, managed to do better than expected. The score was 17-21, 21-23, 5-21. Yesh, i lost all 3 straight sets. HAHAHA! but it was all good!we even had one match where there was reallie long rallies with gd positioning of the play. Felt like old times, despite we all panting for breath after the rallies were over. We ate lunch and talked and catched on old times. Looking forward to the next session and to your opening of stall at CHOMP CHOMP!!! I will be there! but i cant eat hor.... how? lolz
4e3 Chalet
Last year, we didnt had any class chalet, so this chalet was something i was looking forward to meeting some old friends like Rina, Kai Ling, Melissa, Angeline, Angela, Shu jia, and Saharah. This time around it wasnt a record timing but 14 out of 15 ppl came for those who replied, which wasnt a bad number. It was reallie fun cooking and talking to them. Took some nice shots too. lolz. It was last long since i met Kai Ling and Melissa, the only girls to come. Hehehe. Kai Ling, was saying that the charcoal was cute. They were all in SQUARES!!!!! and she was busy snapping pictures of them. She was also near the bbq pit helping with the bbq. I reallie didnt need to be near the bbq pit when she was there. So maybe next time, i will just sit down and wait for food to be served by me by Chef Kai Ling. LOLZ. As nite became longer, more and more ppl came. Played Winning Eleven with Ashiq and always narrowly lost!!!!!! Been YEARS since i last played the game, still have some of the skills, so i just need more match practises!!! The only disappointment i guess for me for the chalet was we didnt play soccer, guys!!!! lolz.
We had mixed seafood, prawns, crabsticks, hot dogs, chicken, cocktail and gd friends. Only 3 ppl stayed overnight though!!! Me, Yoke Thye and Idris. Was tired and slept around 1am. Woke up 9.30am. Gd 8.5hrs of sleep. i nv had those long sleeps for a long time. Always sleep around 3-4am or at times 5am. den waking up at 8am regardless. geez
Bowling
Went bowling with Dawn, Ky and 2 more rotarians. My bowling score for 4 games were 133,133,105, 133. 3 times i hit 133. its a sign!!!! 3133 or 1333? lolz felt gd playing the game. Was a bit rusty. Now my shoulders is in pain. After bowling, went to NYDC at holland village. Nv been to NYDC. Had the mudpie and it was nice!!! Went home with 2-3 big bags of bbq stuffs!! hehehe.
