Last Sunday, Zack, Dawn, BX and i went for a blading session at ECP. Was a bit late, but Dawn was kind enough to wait for me. hehehe
Prior to this, I have only 2 hrs of blading experience. Was a bit scared cos of all them knows how to blade. lolz. Well, after my additional 2 hrs, making my 4 hrs in total for blading experience. I managed to "glide".
Boy, it was TIRING. In the end, Dawn had to 'drag' me. Felt bad as i made her TWICE!!! 1st one was because i wasnt focus and fell. 2nd was because as she was getting a better grip of me, she pulled me but at the same time, i pulled her back which made both of us fall on our BUTTS! painful. poor Dawn :( sorry ar madam. But thanks for helping me. I was reallie tired. hehehe
Went for a makan session after that :)

FINALLY!!!
Today, after a very very long time, i managed to defeat my best friend in the game of the badminton. YEAH!!! happy!!! hehehe. it has been a very long time.
score was as followed
Match 1 - 23-25 Lost
Match 2 - 21-13 Won
Match 3 - 30 - 28 Won
Yesh. 30-28!!!! lolz that was how nerve-racking was the last match! and boy did we put a fight till the very end. The defining moment was when Wee Yen was leading 19-20 and after a series of returns, it was the net play from me that turned the game 20-20. It was a beautiful return that just managed to flip over the net. SPLENDID! When the game was almost done and over, the extra push to flip the shuttle over the net was the DIFFERENCE. Both of us at many points after 20-20 lead and saw our lead leveled by each other. It was as if, our lives were on the line.
When it was 29-28, and the shuttle hit the net and didnt went over to my court. It was GAME OVER! I won. I dropped to my knees and "roared" to the sound of cheers. FINALLY.
It was a game that i can tell Wee Yen that I did my very best and so did he. In the end, maybe to us, what matters most was the efforts put in. Today's games were gd not only because i won, but because of the quality of play was there. Cheers to that! :)
