Oh what a day to start... on the wrong foot... literally.
I was trying to catch up for the bus today this morning. Somehow, in the haste of the event... i twisted and sprained my left ankle... the pain was acute!!! But after resting for a few minutes for the next bus, the pain was slowly easing itself...
Fyi, i am still recovering from a niggering strained on my left knee ligament... It hurts when i try to jog or run... haiz...i already been careful on my left knee liao. what a fortnight it has been!
Though the pain is still lingering... i am worried once i take off my shoe... it starts to swell... it happened to me before... haiz...

New Colleague
A new malay colleague has 'capture' my heart... she is very pretty leh~~~!!! Half Arabic, Malay and Chinese? Not sure... but pretty fair~~~!!! And has those 'next door girl' look... haiz... but dun think have a chance one... who will want an ugly froggy... haiz...

Spider-Man 3~~~!!! Cant Wait!!!
Spider-Man 3 is finally coming to Singapore. I simply cant wait to watch this movie, for all the action-packed that the movie is, the Spider-Man movies so far have a human touch, something a person can relate to. And my brother has booked his tickets~~~~!!! OMG!!!
Finally my favourite character, Venom will be unleashed in this Spider-Man movie. Somehow, I think i will e disappointed in the character Venom, because I am such a huge fan of it... How i wish one day, I could be like him... hahaha! Though Venom is an arch enemy of Spider-Man, Venom has evolved to person that also cares for the person that he loves, alas, i dun think this side be shown as it is in the comics.
This sequel will be by far the most interesting movie yet due to Spidey getting newfound powers with the 'alien costume'. A show worth watching over and over. lolz.
Till then, the greatest battles lies within.

Princess 'N' - A Chance that Froggy Missed
Dear Readers, welcome to the 6th edition of the Froggy Tales. Today is abt a special princess, Princess 'N'.. and here is how the story goes...pls enjoy
Froggy happened to meet Princess 'N' thru' his CCA club. But what Princess 'N' did not know was that Froggy somehow could feel that Princess 'N' was a special person and had the feeling of falling in love at first sight was very much similiar to Princess 'S'.
Froggy wanted to be close to Princess 'N' but always felt himself inferior due to his poor command of his own mother tongue and Princess 'N' has a very strong command of the mother tongue. Sensing, that she was special, Froggy decided to groom her by giving advices and guidance in the CCA club that they were. As such, close friendship was bond with Froggy almost sms-ing Princess 'N' everyday and Princess 'N' will also at times sms Froggy first. Froggy was beginning to fall in love deeper with Princess 'N'. Princess 'N' was also 4 years younger but was ideally the girl that Froggy dreams of... very caring, cute, pretty, had a sense of humour and surprisingly the same race as him. But Froggy felt that he was not that gd enough for her...
Froggy nv had the courage to tell her that he likes her. He wanted to tell her but waited waited and waited. Then Froggy had to go for millitary training but they still keep in contact. Den, one day, Princess 'N' asked to meet Froggy alone, Froggy sensed something wrong but was going to use this opportunity to tell her his feelings abt Princess 'N'. Den when they met, Princess 'N' confided to Froggy that she was already in a relationship with another Prince. Froggy's heart shattered in pieces and was very sad. Heart pain...
Froggy being quite a good actor, instead lent Princess 'N' his listening ears and gave sound advices to her abt her relationship with the Prince. This happened a lot as Princess 'N' will seek advice from Froggy from time to time. During these times, Froggy was so tempted to tell Princess 'N' how much he liked her and would definitely treat her better than her prince and to leave the prince and go with him (Froggy). This was always at the back of his head. But by doing so, Froggy was afraid that he might lose Princess 'N' and he did not want a situation that Princess 'N' had to choose and thus getting hurt if she were unable to choose. Thus, Froggy quietly admiring her, listen to her and gave her sound advices. As such, Princess 'N' and her prince relationship fostered with every advice given. At times, Froggy would accompanied her going out with her alone but was not sure if it was a 'test' by Princess 'N'... if it was, Froggy would have failed cos' Froggy was acting a bit weird and quiet.
Though Froggy was happy for Princess 'N', he was very actually sad and really hopes that he was the Prince. There was one instance where Princess 'N' told Froggy that she had the most romantic dream and Froggy was in that dream. And it ended with Froggy giving a kiss to her forehead. To her, it was the most romantic dream. Froggy, nonetheless, felt honoured but there was nothing much he can do.. Break their relationship...? if so... Froggy would done so by telling Princess 'N' a long time ago that the prince was really not worth it instead of siding up with the Prince and coming up with excuses to make the prince look good. Stupid Froggy?? Haiz... Froggy seems to nv fight for his happiness...
Somehow one day via online, Froggy told Princess 'N' that he actually liked her. And told her during those times, he was still holding a torch for her. Princess 'N' was very touched! Update on Knee
It is feeling much better. Should be able to run and jog without any niggering pains, hopefully tomorrow :)
Work is Almost Done
Was infd by my manager yesterday that the project will be ending next week. FINALLY, the time has come. I have been rotting in this call centre. Actually did not want to take up the offer but somehow i took up. Also along the way, wanted to quit but it would not be nice. I am not a QUITTER!!!!
Luckily, a friend of mine has a lobang and is arranging for me to work at NUS. Pay is low but it is ok considering i have some bridging courses to attend and I need to find a part time job in the meantime. It will be very near to the university i am studying (SIM) and definitely my home... so travelling time is shorter... been waking up like 6am and reaching office before 8am on morning shifts.
Times passes by so fast, it has been almost 2.5mths in this job. Cant believe i am taking a degree which is more or less in the same field. Any universities offering Events Management? haiz...

A night I will not forget
Yesterday night went jogging with bestest friend and she suddenly in a cheeky manner told me that she had something to say to me.... but seeing her in such a state... i just told her that i was not interested. LOLZ. I am so bad.
Yogi suggested going to Sembawang for a jog... and boy what a jog it was.... For most of the jog, I did not STOP!!! I kept going and going. Left knee started to take its toil and felt a slight pain in the knee ligament. Knew I would not last longer... but i just say ok to Yogi when she said go to Sembawang 7-11 as our last stop. We were at the junction of Gambas Ave and Sembawang Rd... and it was a long long long way from Yishun to Sembawang... i just replied..."yes, ok" Was really hoping my knee could take it... but i was wrong...
Was 'leading' all the way, until, the pain was evident and had to jog very slow. There was still much distance to cover. Finally, i stopped as my left knee gave way... could not jog for every step that i take... it was painful. Told Yogi to go on jogging but she decided to 'accompany' me. Told me to take bus, cab back home.. but i dun want...stubborn... went to jog a bit despite the pain. Was limping back where bestest friend was encouraging me to join a website similiar to Friendster - Who's Live Near You? Not keen in such things...
I was not being ego... but i am just like that...very determined and will only stop if i could not really take it. Sometimes pushing urself to such limits, u realise what type of a person u are... at times, it is just plain stupidity.
Lastly, yesh GOD pls BLESS ME!!! My bestest friend says I NEED it!!! hahaha.

Getting Fit again
Though the joggings with Yogi, is not that regular, but at least it's once a week. Slowly, but slowly, I am getting back my stamina.
Hopefully, it will be like those days where I can jog with such ease for long periods and not perspire. When I was in secondary school, i was very athlethic, joining a badminton club, soccer twice a week and the ocassion badminton session on weekends with WY. There was no need for me to go the extra mile for dieting... I used to have a 4 pact abs!!! lolz! Now even more better, its combined into 1~~~!!! hahaha.
Miss those days during badminton sessions where my friends will remark - "Are you perspiring? There is no visible drops of sweat on you leh~~~!!" I miss those days leh~~~!! I do perspire.. just that i dun perspire much during that time... NOW I PERSPIRE LIKE A WATERFALL... once it falls, its hard to stop.
Slowly but definitely getting back my stamina back. I want to run tirelessly too like old times... now when i play soccer on the field i last for a mere 10 minutes!!! and still got 80mins of playing time to go. haiz! hard to diet leh... will try~~~!!! Jiayou~~~!!

Need to Get Out of Singapore...
Somehow, living in Singapore for the past 6 years without going overseas, has finally taken its toil on me... the last overseas trip that i can remember was back in 2001 to Osaka (1 week all expenses paid)
I am a bit fussy when it comes to going overseas. For some unknown reasons, Malaysia is the last place that I wanna go, unless I have gd company. Other than that I wun go. Honestly, I been to most parts of Malaysia with my family when I was young. A bit dull. The only place that i will wanna go will be PAHANG! A state in Malaysia where you can experince some nice camping and trekking in the forest.
I so want to go to Thailand!!! Cos i need to get some clothes. Heard that the clothes there are pretty cheap. I probably get a new wardrobe if i go to Thailand. Hehehe. Some places that I would love to go:
1) Thailand
2) Australia (Sydney)
3) Japan (Osaka again? lolz! I love that place!)
4) Hong Kong (I wanna buy some nice shoes~~~!!!!)
5) Europe - England, France, Italy
6) Pulau Ubin - Chek Java (Always wanted to go there, but no chance)
7) Sentosa (later in the year - got this feeling, it will be revamped. wanna get used to the new train services too)

Top 5 List
Last Thursday, Boo Bear called me and was asking me abt some updates.Beforehand, i rejected her call, thinking that i have accidentally called her. Call her back once i realised that she called me instead. lolz. Sorry ar Boo Bear! Sensing that my answers were 'weird'. She replied saying now is not a good time to talk ar? your parents nearby ar? go inside your room lah! I just laughed and told her she was smart.
Boo Bear was a bit upset that Yogi is now my bestest friend. (Oh no!!!! Another headache. lolz) And teasingly asked what is she to me now if Yogi is my BESTEST FRIEND? I replied saying that she is my MOST BESTEST FRIEND!!! Hahaha. Casually questioned her that she was 'FAT' as mentioned in her blog! Hehehe. Den she replied she wished she stay near both Yogi and I so that she can go out for joggings.She, then asked me if she was still in my Top 5 Girls in my life. I replied instantly, of cos! Not sure if Boo Bear is FAT as she claims she is... cos my TUMMY since more bigger than HERS. Hahaha. :P
Called her up later in the night and realised that she could have slept early. lolz. will update her another time den. Thus, met Yogi for a jogging. Called up Dear beforehand just to check if shes ok cos' of the things mentioned earlier on MSN. Yes, I am naggy. NONSENSE + CRAP (or is it STUPID? Cant remember... hehe) = ME!! Then, proceeded to jog with Yogi and was telling her abt the conversation i had with Boo Bear. Den Yogi, asked me if my MUM is in the TOP 5 list? I replied yes, of cos! And she giggled. Yogi guessed correctly. She asked me if there were amendments to the TOP 5 list... i said, no.. those 5 ppl still important and I dun want to make TOP 10 list cos' in the end TOP 5 list will be meaningless and from TOP 10 list to TOP 50? No way!
For those, who is wondering who is my TOP 5 list, you can make a guess. If you are correct, WELL DONE. You know me very WELL, very WELL. Clue - Mum is NUMBER #1. lolz. The rest is your guess... hahaha. Happy guessing.

Expectations of My Life Partner
Yesterday, met up with Yogi for a light supper. Actually, I had my dinner at 5.30pm yesterday but i just feel that 'bestest' friend needed a talk. So accompanied her eating.I had KFC. Was so tempted to not buy anything but i think not nice... so bought chicken foldover.. why chicken foldover over my favourite mc spicy? its healthy!!!
Lately, I have been changing my diet. No more oreos when i walking back but fruit tree apple juice with aloe vera bits and no more cokes after jogging. :P Sit-ups everyday...? still thinking.
Poor Yogi had to listen my ramblings on the customer who complaint abt me. We talked till 1am plus?? cant remember. Seems the bearz have been lately annoyed by my 'lao po'. Guess enough said abt this.
While walking back told Yogi asked if i had any lobangs on part-time jobs,i told her that she dun need to fill her schedule to make herself busy... it will only cause harm. Told her that she needs a guy. Den somehow (i cant remember) it ended with Yogi saying that she would want to marry a rich guy with me replying that, rich guys no good, you just need someone to care about you very much and not take you for granted. Somehow cant remember the whole conversation... weird... but i remember we ended up laughing.
Over the years, my expectations of my life partner has really gone very low... i dun ask for much, but as long as the person cares abt me, i am happy enough. i really dunnoe if a girl tells me that she likes me... and despite her not being my type but being very caring to me... will i say yes to her? i dunnoe... maybe this low expectation is high? Asking someone to just care for you and not take you for granted?
Yogi, if u are down or what, can still sms me or call me (call me applicable if i dun reply your smses at night), will be glad to stroll around our neighbourhood. I need to get used to my surroundings!!! lolz.

I got Complaint!
Arrgghhh!!! I got complaint by a customer! feeling v. down in office... haiz... cm says i was very rude... he used the word F**KING RUDE to be exact... if i am FREAKING RUDE... what abt other guys (not refering to the colleagues in my office but in general) !!! Bloody hell!!!
Just my bad luck! I even had to call customer back to apologize for being rude. Haiz... very down in office... dun feel like going to office at all tomorrow. Heard from my colleague, it was a big commotion in the morning.My manager infd me that i was not rude at all. Haiz... very down...
PS: Was infd by my manager that the case is close. Manager asked me if i were affected. Of cos!!! lolz.. told her "a bit lah". She then, infd me not my fault, the customer was very rude in the place. -_-" but shes a nice manager.

High on Durians - Golden Durians $200!!! *faints*
Yesterday, somehow was not in the mood to visit my cousin. Skipped one more wedding. Instead went out with my NS friends. They booked me earlier but i rejected cos' i might need to attend my cousin's wedding. Yet again, had another blast of a time!!!
Went out to eat at Lau Pa Sat with Yipster, Val, Des, Steph and Chewie and had two rounds of food. hahaha. lolz. List of food:

Gong Gong (something like those high class snails... but its GONG GONG. lolz)

I am FAT liao!!! Des, who we have affectionately nicknamed him 'Big Head', has always been teased by Yipster and me. Yesterday, was no exceptional. Currently, there is a cartoon movie - Meet the Robinsons - where there is a scene where a T-Rex was trying to capture a small boy.
When being questioned by his master, the T-Rex replies:
T-Rex: 'I have a big head head'
T-Rex: 'And small arms'
Yipster and me laughed when we saw the trailer together and instantly concluded that the T-Rex was Des!!! lolz. Poor guy. Hehehe.
After eating, we decided to go eat durians at Geylang~~~!!! Yeah!!! Me love Durians!! Before that we went to SPC, and Steph and Val treated us to Haagen Daz!!! Yummy yup!!! lolz. Ate ice-cream in the car and proceeded to Geylang for Durians.
Unfortunately, we got 'ketuk' (cheated) and paid $200 for 4 big D24 durians!!!!!! *faints* Luckily the uncle accepted NETS. Not going to say anything more, but you know who you are!!! Poor Des!!! ooops! Hahaha. :P And Chewie did not eat!!! OMG!!! This was the most expensive durians that I ever had. Yipster, was declaring that these Durians were GOLDEN DURIANS!!! lolz hehehe. Des, being the sweet guy, later smsed us and apologized. Not accepted! lolz. Just joking!! :P
Later on, along the way home, we were talking abt bowling and all of sudden we all got the urge to play bowling and thus ended up at @ Hougang, my favourite bowling alley, playing bowling. Luckily, Val and Steph was very on!!! I kept teasing Steph as 'Mei-Nie' and she would happily reply 'Yan dao' and we would then burst into laughing!! Told Val, Steph and Des that I was very lousy in bowling. Hehehe. We had a lot of fun playing bowling, teasing here and there. Somehow managed to get a new all-time record. My score was 160!!!!! usually when I am in gd form, its only like 120-130. woot! and I used a 12 pounds ball cos' its the only ball that my fingers can fit in. (usually I take 10 pounds, so that the ball will have more force.)
Went home very late. Spend a lot too in one day!!! :P
Now in office (need to be in office before 8am, reached home, 2am plus), very very sleepy. Not receiving any calls too... making me more sleepy. Should i go out later? lolz.
PS: Bestest Friend, if you read this, I NEED to EXERCISE!!!! I am thinking of doing it daily from now. But need somebody to 'push' or 'scold' me... lolz! FAT!!!

Blue Friday and Saturday...
Old wounds opened up yesterday after hearing a particular song.No particular person to be exact. Just sad, hearing the song.Haiz....
Instead of buying Oreo McFlurry, ended up buying McSpicy Meal upsize. This was despite having Long John Sliver for lunch. Walked slowly back home.
Today also feeling down, cos'of the memories of the past came to pay me a visit after writing my previous blog. Got to be happy later.Ciao!!!

Cousin's Wedding
Today is my cousin's wedding. Yet a part of me wishes to congratulate my cousin while the other just dun like such functions. There hhave been already a number of weddings where my relatives got married and i skipped! When I was younger, my aunt (cousin's mum) would baby-sit me while both my parents would be working. Haiz.. should i go?? It also makes me wonder if I should have a grand wedding cos' my relatives have not have such grand weddings... so far, it has been a small scale.
Fyi, with my family relatives, I am very quiet. very quiet, most of the times, there would be no conversations.When I was younger, I was more talkative and interactive with my cousins but as years passed, i became more quiet and remote. My relatives are not as well-off as me... as a young child i always have almost everthing i have... unlike my relatives... but of cos, I will always share my toys with my cousins. Those times were great.At times, playing soccer together. When they come to my house, I will let them play my computer games, but they know that they must seek my permission. hehehe.
Somehow, a part of me felt remorse, that my life has been blessful so far if compared to them,while their lives are met with challenges - divorces, etc. I know my relatives might perceive me as arrogrant that i dun talk to them, but its nv like that... i dun like to converse in Malay for one thing, and basically have few things to talk with them. Deep inside,I know they know this.
I am used to getting teased by my relatives, somehow they have a higher expectations for me. They will asked me when I am taking my driving license, if not car, bike... den i will tease them back that, mine a bit special, taking the airplane license and they will all laugh.
This cousin of mine is a bit special actually. I treat my cousin's mum and divorced dad as my stepmother and stepfather. Part of upbringing is because of them. When I heard that my stepfather divorced my stepmother, I was very sad and refused to believe it. But it happened. A part of me is also afraid to meet my stepfather for I might be angry for him doing that.Will I call him 'Ayah' (Father) as I used to be. This is how close I used to be with stepmother and stepfather that i even called them my Mak Yu (Mother) and 'Ayah' (Father). They taught me how to be strong and always tell me that my parents love me so much that they are working hard for a better life during my younger days. I will then, tell my small brother and protect him during the young days. Those were the old good days. I missed them very much. *weeping silently*
I know my presence will be greatly missed if I dun come to the wedding by my stepmother and cousin. Decided to go in the end...

Tired... but the Old Me is Back!!!
Haiz... for the past few weeks, been very tired lately, physically and emotionally. Health is not good too, still coughing.
Been going out late with friends, watching movies, going out on my off days. Days will be booked by some last minute appointments. Though tired, still dun like reject. A friend once pointed out that I must learn to say 'NO' at times. I am still learning.
At times, when i am tired and down, i still push myself to go for a jog not because I need to accompany bestest friend for the jog though it is dangerous to jog late at night, but more to keep myself 'fit' and not think too much. But once I jogged, i tried my best and will be very determined to do better than my previous jog. I always like like that, pushing myself, despite the odds agst me. To be honest, bestest friend, jogging with me, is not safe... cos i will be the tired one, how to defend myself and even my bestest friend when i am so tired...lolz
Also, learning some things along the way. The Old Me is Back!!! Sorted out some thinking and decided to be just me - no matter what is bothering me. As usual, I will be the nonsense guy with 'fast and furious' jokes (hahaha... more lame jokes), cheerful as always, and sarcastic as ever. I will be 'tao' as usual at times, but thats just ME! and the busybody that i used to be. lolz! The past few years, I have not been demanding as I used to be... letting Fate decides my path. Fyi, i dun like Fate, I am always agst it, always believe I can change my own Destiny.
So be warned! I am back!!! with a VENGENCE!! lolz!! sounds like a diehard sequel!! (its going to premeire soon in cinemas. lolz). :P

My 'First' Class
Yesterday, Geo accompanied me to SIM to give the documents necessary for my university intake. Decided to enrol in UOL - BSc (Honours) in Economics and Management. Might be sending out more application forms for my Uni intake as I think I would prefer to do something related to events or tourism. Banking is not my style.
Told him that i might not be accompanying him to the class as I have made some arrangements to meet bestest friend for a jog. In the end, gave way to him. Hehehe. It was a pretty interesting lesson though. I love Maths so it was pretty ok for me i guess.
Reached home and msged bestest friend if she was still keen to jog. I was pretty much in a good mood. Actually for some unknown reason, i was very cheerful yesterday despite some things.
Hehehe. Wanted so much to jog, but once i sat in front of my laptop, i did not go for the jog. Hahaha. Need to jog more~~~!!!

Nada Sou Sou - Tears for You
Yesterday, Geo, Cw and I went to catch a very touching movie - Nada Sou Sou - Tears for You. We ate at Banquet and ordered Fried Kuay Teow. After that we had deserts!!! Feeling Fat!!! lolz!
The movie is abt two 'siblings' - a brother and sister - where actually both are not real siblings but were siblings from 2 marriages. The brother, affectionately called Nee-Nee by his sister, Kaoru, kept a promise from her dying mother that he would take care of his sister. However, unknown to him, Kaoru knows that they were not real siblings but had pretended to play along as she was afraid that she will lose her 'brother'. Its a pretty sad story. If you are feeling sad, i think this is best show to watch cos' nobody will know that you are crying.. and even if u do.. u can just say that the movie was too touching! Hehehe.
In the movie, there is a way to make a person stop crying and tears flowing down, it is simply by pinching one's nose. Amazingly, it worked in the movies.. going to try it and test this!!! lolz. Anyway, the funny part was that, Geo said that a GUY (noticed that thw word is in CAPS) beside him was in tears!!!! And Cw was quick to say...."Geo, you should have helped him by pinching his nose." We are laughed hysterically at this remark. Hahaha!
Next movie - Spiderman? Book both of you all hor!! dun watch the movie without me!!! Must continue the traditional of watching SpiderMan together. Hahaha.

Poly Best Friends Gathering
Yeah today is another Poly Best Friends gathering!!!! WOOT!!! Going to catch a korean/jap movie where both brother and sister fell in love!!! OMG SCANDALOUS!!!! Hehehe.
Going out with Geo and CW has always been memorable and fun. I guess we are those grp of friends who just clicked despite different opinions on things at time. FYI, Geo is nicknamed 'The World's Greatest Pretender' for he's the best!!! Hehehe. Cw is the 'Genius'. (Hahaha. Cant remember if there were a nickname for him... lolz)
We bonded out pretty well since poly days esp. our final years. Nv been to vivocity GV to catch a movie.. always wanted to. So excited!!! Hehehe. Seeya later den~~~!!! Maybe will tell CW abt my blog address... :)

Durian prata again! Chalet?
Yeah!!! Ate at prata house with my sec sch best friend, Idris and catch up with him. Found out that he had found another job as admin at a school. I also want to do admin!!! lolz.
Anyway, order my usual pratas -1 Durian prata,1 Egg & Onion prata and 1 kosong! WOOT!!! As usual, the Durian prata always make my day! I simply love DURIAN!!! hehehe. Talked and discussed on whether a chalet was feasible. Every year, we will try our best to arrange a gathering for our classmates and normally a chalet will do.
Last year, was a record of 17 classmates. But to me, it is always not the number, but the time and moments enjoyed - whether was it memorable, etc? Told Idris, not to expect much, not that i being a wet blanket but i am just being realistic. Told him a bbq would be ok.
Will decide further on. Still looking for financial help cos' everytime we do the chalet, we tend to lose money. haiz... but it's worth it for the time and meeting old friends is PRICELESS!!! hehehe. Cheers!
